  • Click on “Shop Now” to check our complete menu offerings. You may add notes upon checkout so we can cater to your additional needs and requests.   • We accept orders via our website. We suggest you place your orders 3 days prior to your pick-up/delivery date.

  • Yes. Our delivery pricing is based on location. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our location address. Please refer to our “Contact Page” for a more detailed information.

  • Our cakes are at its freshest and best when consumed within 3 days. Do not keep the cakes out of the fridge for more than 3 hours. Leftover cakes can be stored in the fridge for at most 3 days. It can also be stored in the freezer in a tightly sealed container. However, Sans rival and Silvannas are to be always stored in the freezer.

  • When leftover cakes are stored in the freezer, they must be taken out 2 to 3 hours prior to consumption except sans rival and silvannas which are at their best form and taste when eaten frozen. Leftover cakes stored in the fridge can be taken out 30 minutes before eating.

  • We have two options for you …. crunchy or chewy. If you want it crunchy, keep them in the freezer. If you want it chewy, keep them in the fridge. Sans rival and Silvannas will last up to 2 weeks if stored in a tightly sealed container in the freezer.

  • Our anchor products Sans rival and Silvannas contain cashew nuts. Some cakes may also contain nuts. You may find the ingredients in the product description page.

  • We have gluten-free cakes like Sans rival, Silvannas, Raspberry Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Coconut Mousse and Lemon Strawberry Mousse cakes. Please refer to the product description page.

    Please note that we bake all items in the same kitchen with our non gluten-containing products which might be possible for cross-contamination.

  • We use organic almond flour however, to prevent cross contamination and disappointments, we highly recommend pre orders because we bake in the same kitchen where we bake our non gluten free items.

  • No. Each recipe has an exact baking formula and adding or removing ingredients like sugar will alter the taste of our cakes.

  • No. We use milk and/or heavy cream in our cakes. Please refer to the product description page.

  • Yes, we use gelatin in some of our cakes. Please refer to the product description page.
